Optional DESKTOP PLUG & PLAY: Our jazzy computer connection sub-panel provides easy and convenient desktop hook up to your A/C power, notebook computer, video monitor, keyboard, mouse, printer, telephone, data network, camera, usb drives (thumb drives), speakers, mic and other devices making hookup to all these devices easy. There is no more need to reach under your desk and move computer to hook up these devices when they are now easily accessible right on your desktop. Outlets for AC power, data and telephone are now connected at your desktop eliminating the need to reach behind or under your desk.

FEATURES: The Los Angeles commercial desk has a beautiful walnut veneer scratch and water resistant finish, an in-laid writing surface, a concealed embedded desk top center drawer in the main desktop and another in the Supreme Side Credenza top, 2 side desk box drawers and a hanging file drawer cabinet in the main desk, and cable inlets on the desk top for telephone and computer cables. The Supreme Side Credenza has 2 file drawers (accommodating letter and legal size), 4 standard drawers, a computer cabinet, and a slide-out printer cabinet with fold-back slide-in doors. All drawers in the Los Angeles commercial desk are locking. All drawers in the Los Angeles commercial desk have our Silent System engineered soft closing drawer slides built with pneumatic shock absorbers to prevent the drawers from slamming shut by closing them automatically and quietly.

Drawers in our Los Angeles office desks open smoothly and close automatically with the worlds finest hardware sliders concealed under the drawers for better performance and appearance. All file drawers in the Los Angeles modern desk have steel file folder frames designed to accommodate American letter and legal size Pendaflex® folders. We’ve thought of everything and included it in this professional desk for your enjoyment and pride of ownership.

MATERIALS ENGINEERING: All drawers are lined with soft thick black leather-like material on the bottom (for noise control when you throw your keys or metal objects into the desk), and have central locking systems. The drawer frames are made above standard with 5/8" thick solid wood connected with Fingergrip Dovetail™ joints (the highest quality connection in cabinet technology). We use AAA quality real wood veneer, scratch and water resistant top coat paint imported from Italy, and premium "E1" environmentally safe MDF as our core material (our MDF is 3 times stronger than less expensive particle board) in the Los Angeles modern desk. We manufacture this desk to bring you the best value for your money, and quality control our products to perfection with our own team of QC inspectors stationed throughout the factories (note: we do not use particle board in this desk).

DESKTOP COMPUTER PLUG & PLAY: Included with this optional computer connection desk sub-panel (6 slot) are the following connectors and corresponding cables.

1 - Duplex A/C power (dual outlet sockets) and power cable
3 - USB-a connectors and cable for mouse, keyboard, camera, thumb drives, etc.

1 - Stereo socket and cable for speakers, mic

FLIP-DOWN KEYBOARD DRAWERS: one of jazzyexpo’s innovative design concepts is our  flip-down drawer fronts on the concealed drawers embedded into the desktop. If the user prefers to use the drawer for his computer keyboard and mouse, he can flip down the front of the drawer to create a comfortable palm-rest for easy use of the keyboard and mouse. For extended use as keyboard drawer, the drawer may be closed with the palm-rest in the down position. If the user prefers to use the drawer as a pencil or document drawer, the user keeps the drawer front in the up position. This flip down keyboard drawer is available only in the Supreme desk models with the computer connector panel option.

CONCEALED DRAWERS IN DESK TOPS: jazzyexpo designs its desks with concealed drawers embedded into the desktops. These drawers may be used for computer keyboards and mice,  pens and pencils, or documents. The Standard desktop models have one concealed drawer in the main desktop. The Supreme desktop models are equipped with a concealed drawer in the Main Desktop and another in the Return Desktop. When the Return drawer is open, working legroom is available under the keyboard drawer. Keyboard and mouse wires are run over the top of the back of the drawer to the computer.

WIRE GROMMET HOLES IN THE SUPREME MODELS:  jazzyexpo desk models that are equipped with the computer connector panel option, have our artistic designer wire grommet hole and cover installed on the Return desktop and the Main desktop to provide direct access into the computer and printer cabinets below. This allows you to install one or more video monitors or other equipment directly on the Return top or on the Return side of the Main desktop without having wires running on or around the desk.

CONCEALED SOFT CLOSING DRAWER SLIDING HARDWARE: jazzyexpo uses state-of-the-are drawer hardware so that any of the box drawers and hanging files drawers on a desk drawers may be opened without the unsightly look of exposed hardware on the sides of the drawers. Our drawer systems use concealed hardware mounted below the drawer to suspend the drawers. Our drawer hardware also allows the drawers to be pushed closed without slamming shut. Our drawer hardware includes springs and pneumatic devices that are activated within the final 2 inches of closure to slow the drawer down and then softly close the drawer automatically and quietly. This soft closing drawer hardware system has handles mounted below the drawers to allow the drawers to be easily removed and replaced for cleaning or to reach items that may have fallen behind the drawers. Thumbwheel adjusters are also provided under the drawers to easily level them when they become heavily loaded.
