SPECIAL INSIDE DELIVERY AND ON-SITE INSTALLATION SERVICE REQUIREMENTS includes the Standard Delivery and Installation Services for any of the following special requirements: after hour service, union delivery or installation employees, insurance liability endorsement, deliveries of office furniture to Canada and in areas that are more than 100 miles but less than 200 miles from a metropolitan area. Deliveries and installation beyond 200 miles of a metropolitan US area, or into Alaska or Hawaii are quoted separately - call us 760-727-1190 x1

REMOTE AREAS DELIVERY: Customer is responsible for receiving the office furniture and installation for deliveries into IDAHO, Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean Islands, and into the northern areas of Michigan, Utah, Wisconsin and Minnesota. Other areas that are more than 200 miles from a metropolitan area (population over 100,000) is provided at the Special Delivery rate but does not include installation.
STAIR CARRY The charge for carrying office furniture up stairs in your business or home is not included in any of our delivery and installation rates. Our fee for stair carries is $25 per flight for every $1000 increment or any portion thereof of the total purchase price of your order (ie. a stair carry up 1 flight for a $3600.00 total purchase has a stair carry charge of $100). Please call us to schedule orders with stair carries. If a stair carry is required, please select this option to prevent your order from being delayed by our delivery agent.
INSURANCE CERTIFICATES If your building manager requires an insurance certificate naming them as an "additional ensured" for office furniture deliveries, an endorsement certificate (up to $1,000,000) will be provided to them for a charge of $100. If your building manager requires an insurance certificate for business furniture, please select this option to prevent your building manager from prohibiting the delivery.
CANADIAN deliveries of office furniture into Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver are available for a surcharge of 15% of the sales price of the items purchased for the 6% - 8% Canadian customs' duties, the 6% Canadian General Sales Tax, Canadian Clearance fees, Canadian Bond fee, Canadian Records Maintenance fee, and for exportation handling. Tax deductions for these taxes are passed to the Canadian buyer when allowed. Our Special Delivery and Installation Charge is added to all Canadian orders. Deliveries into Quebec province are also charged the 7% Quebec Sales Tax. All prices of our office furniture and amounts of fees and charges are in US dollars. All of our limited warranties as stated on this website, apply to Canadian transactions.
ALL WOOD OFFICE FURITURE REQUIRE ASSEMBLY, are heavy and require care to bring inside and assemble. Our business furniture including executive office desks, conference tables, reception desks, business wood cabines are designed as built-in office furniture and may not be moved after installation without disassembly. Our office furniture installation specialist are located nationwide to install your quality modern office furniture in your business or home. They will deliver, unpack, assemble and install your contemporary or traditional office furniture, and then remove all the packing materials. All of our quality office furniture is shipped from the North San Diego county area in Southern California. Canadian buyer's are responsible for receiving the office furniture and installing it.
All prices of our quality office furniture are in US Dollars and the FOB point is our warehouse in Vista, CA. Title is transfered to Buyer upon shipment from our Vista, CA warehouse. We collect California sales tax only for office furniture shipments wihtin California State. Customers in other states are responsible for paying their own sales tax on the office furniture directly to their state. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may vary.
