The SAN FRANCISCO Modern Desk

The San Francisco modern desk features a blend of real wood and metal. A perfect addition to your executive office, the San Francisco desk options can be individually chosen for your ideal configuration. The San Francisco Desk has an optional mobile 3 drawer cabinet that fits under the desk, an optional desk extension adding desktop width, with a 3 drawer cabinet below, and an optional desk return which includes a computer cabinet and an additional 3 drawer cabinet. The San Francisco Desk is available in walnut wood with a chestnut finish, cherry wood in a dark cherry finish, and light maple wood with a natural finish.

The side desk return and desk extension may be installed on either side of the desk. Optional desk return includes built-in 3-drawer locking cabinet and computer cabinet. Dimensions shown above for the desk return and desk extension are the increase in overall desk frontage. The San Francisco Standard desk includes the slide-out keyboard drawer covered with black leatherette.

MATERIALS ENGINEERING by jazzyexpo.com: All drawers in these executive desks and credenzas are lined with soft thick black leather-like material on the bottom (for noise control when you throw your keys or metal objects into the desk). The drawer frames are made with above standard 5/8" thick solid wood connected with "fingergrip dovetail" joints (the highest quality in cabinet technology). AAA quality real wood veneer, high grade scratch and water resistant top coat paint, and premium "E1A" environmentally safe MDF as our core material (our MDF is 3 times stronger than particle board) are selectively chosen for our executive desks and credenzas.

CONCEALED SOFT CLOSING DRAWER SLIDING HARDWARE: jazzyexpo uses state-of-the-are drawer hardware so that any of the box drawers and hanging files drawers on a desk drawers may be opened without the unsightly look of exposed hardware on the sides of the drawers. Our drawer systems use concealed hardware mounted below the drawer to suspend the drawers. Our drawer hardware also allows the drawers to be pushed closed without slamming shut. Our drawer hardware includes springs and pneumatic devices that are activated within the final 2 inches of closure to slow the drawer down and then softly close the drawer automatically and quietly. This soft closing drawer hardware system has handles mounted below the drawers to allow the drawers to be easily removed and replaced for cleaning or to reach items that may have fallen behind the drawers. Thumbwheel adjusters are also provided under the drawers to easily level them when they become heavily loaded.
