We provide our customers with the following limited warranties for our products when used in a normal office environment under normal office treatment. These warranties are not available for "customer pick-up" purchases.

WARRANTY #1 - LIMITED DELIVERY WARRANTY: Your purchase is warranted to be free of damage when delivered to you if the delivery and installation service is purchased from jazzyexpo.com. If any office furniture that we deliver to you has damage to it, then we will repair or replace the damaged items without charge to you. If we are unable to repair or replace the damaged item(s), we may elect to have you return them for a full refund of the money that you have paid us for them. You must inspect the boxes delivered to you, and in the event that any damage to the boxes is noticed, you must note it on the shipper's documentation before signing it, or you must refuse the delivery if any significant damage to the boxes is noticeable. TO OBTAIN THIS WARRANTY, YOU MUST PURCHASE "INSIDE DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLY" FROM US FOR YOUR SHIPPING METHOD. SHIPPING DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED TO JAZZYEXPO.COM IN WRITING OR BY EMAIL IMMEDIATELY UPON DISCOVERY BUT IN NO EVENT MORE THAN 5 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY. THIS IS A NON-TRANSFERRABLE LIMITED WARRANTY THAT EXPIRES 5 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF DELIVERY AND DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY LIABILITY ON OUR PART FOR ANY DAMAGES AND LOSSES NOT SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED ABOVE, INCLUDING ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES AND DAMAGES SUCH AS LOST REVENUES OR ADDITIONAL COSTS, OR FOR ANY DAMAGES CLAIMED BY ANY THIRD PARTIES. WARRANTY #2 - ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY FOR DURABILITY: All our products are warranted to be free of factory defects when installed in a normal office environment under normal and ordinary office use. WE SHALL REPAIR OR REPLACE any products that have defects in material or workmanship, and WITHOUT CHARGE TO YOU. In the event that we are unable to repair or replace the failed product(s), we will offer to accept a return of the defective items then we may elect to REFUND THE MONEY THAT YOU PAID US FOR THEM LESS A USAGE CHARGE FOR THE PERIOD USED OF 3% PER MONTH. TO OBTAIN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, YOU MUST PURCHASE "INSIDE DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLY" FROM US FOR YOUR SHIPPING METHOD. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY EXPRESSLY EXCLUDES ANY LIABILITIES DESCRIBED HEREIN THAT IS THE RESULT OF ABUSE, ACCIDENT, DAMAGING CHEMICALS OR FOODS, OR EXPOSURE TO ADVERSE ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS OR WEATHER WHICH ARE BEYOND WHAT IS CUSTOMARY IN A NORMAL OFFICE ENVIRONMENT. IF A RETURN IS APPROVED BY JAZZYEXPO.COM, THE REFUND SHALL BE ISSUED UPON RECEIPT OF THE RETURNED ITEMS TO JAZZYEXPO.COM.
